TidyFam: Terms of Use

Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of TidyFam (the "App"), provided by Mike Montgomery ("Company," "we," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and these Terms.
2. Subscriptions & Payments
- Title of Subscription: Pro Plan
- Length of Subscription: Monthly
- Price of Subscription: $6.99 CAD
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- You may manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when a paid subscription is purchased.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes;
- Attempt to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App;
- Interfere with the App's security or functionality.
4. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
