Welcome to TidyFam! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TidyFam app and website (the "Service"). By using TidyFam, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Who Can Use TidyFam

To create an account and use TidyFam, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate account and billing information
• Use the Service for lawful, personal, or family-related purposes only

2. Your TidyFam Account

When creating your account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activity on your account

You can invite family members to join your household. As the account admin, you are responsible for managing access and permissions.

3. Subscription and Billing

• TidyFam offers a 7-day free trial, after which it costs $8/month, billed automatically
• Payments are processed securely via iTunes
• You can cancel anytime via the Settings page, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
• No refunds are issued for partial months or unused time
• If payment fails or is not completed, access may be restricted until billing is resolved

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal or harmful purpose
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or other users' experience
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to TidyFam's systems
• Resell or redistribute the app without permission

TidyFam reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these rules.

5. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you input into TidyFam (e.g., tasks, names, and schedules). TidyFam only uses this data to provide and improve the Service. For more information on how we handle your data, please see our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and Updates

While we make every effort to keep TidyFam running smoothly, the Service may be unavailable for maintenance or updates. Features may change, be removed, or improved at any time. We are not responsible for data loss due to outages or bugs, despite our efforts to avoid them.

7. Termination

You can cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Fail to pay
• We discontinue the Service (with notice)

Upon termination, your access to the Service ends and your data may be deleted.

8. Disclaimers

TidyFam is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available or error-free, or that it will meet every user's specific needs. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

TidyFam is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, profits, or productivity, or issues arising from third-party services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app. Continued use of the app signifies acceptance of the new Terms.
